Originally a viral hashtag in 2019, started by disability advocate Andrew Gurza, "disabled people are hot" is unapologetic and fun. It reminds us of Paris Hilton's iconic "that's hot". It's a middle finger to ableist rhetoric about how disabled people should look and behave.
